• As a communications professional in one of our specialized teams, you contribute to bringing our values to life through your several years of experience in B2B or B2C communication.
• You not only develop and manage forward-thinking PR projects and establish new trends in the market, but you also spark curiosity about innovations.
• Through your training in PR, communications, or a related field, you are well-versed in PR work and always stay on the cutting edge.
• You love variety and create the right communication concepts for print and online media, expert articles and press reports, whitepapers and blog posts, PR events and trade shows, interviews, and conferences.
• You prefer short and efficient communication channels and actively pursue them both internally and externally.

Your profile

• You bring several years of experience in communications and impress with your professionalism. Your focus is on B2B or B2C communication, and you specialize in one or more areas of the digital economy and companies with groundbreaking innovations.
• Your motto is “Nothing is impossible,” even if it means thinking outside the box.
• You are a true team player who can also work independently.
• In addition, you have fluent written and spoken German and English skills.

Your tasks

In the role of Junior Strategist (all genders) Data Intelligence, your focus is on digital communication. Together with the Data Intelligence team, you will support the entire agency on all communication projects – from the pitch, through communication strategies, content processes, to SEO and advertising – analyzing relevant national and international data as the foundation for impactful communication.

• Researching relevant data that aligns with our clients’ goals – from target audience and competitor (analyses) to content and performance marketing, as well as website and SEO data.
• Preparing data and results in presentations for clients.
• In-depth knowledge of our current toolset and involvement in decisions regarding potential expansions, as well as analytically and creatively researching additional situationally relevant sources such as studies, surveys, reports, etc.
• Exchange with agency-wide colleagues to identify which data provides the most value in which communication campaign.
• Explaining why certain data works the way it does and what value it holds.
• Partially presenting the data to clients or in pitches.

Your profile

• First experience in handling complex data – both national and international.
• The ability to not just describe data, but also analyze it and derive actionable recommendations.
• No fear of large data sets or diving into detailed analyses.
• Patience and the talent to explain relationships and proactively question facts.
• Taking on a consulting role with clients and colleagues.
• Very meticulous work approach.
• Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude.
